Industrial Rope Access is an efficient method of achieving a safe working position at heights or in areas of difficult vertical or confined access. IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) standards are the only internationally recognised methods of Industrial Rope Access.

IRATA has an exemplary safe working history with no major incidents having been recorded since its creation, despite the many millions of combined rope hours of its recognised 30000+ individual members.

Industrial Rope Access makes it possible to perform tasks such as general building maintenance (painting and cleaning), remedial repairs, through to more technical applications such as signage installation/removal, geotechnical operations, building/structure inspections, rigging/lifting of various materials and construction of some of the world's most iconic structures.

Applying Industrial Rope Access methods allows tasks to be achieved with minimal disruption to building occupants, members of the general public and traffic flows.
